It’s the best and definitely the most important night we’ve had since the 1984 UEFA cup final. I was at that, I was also at the 91 semi and final but this is on another level. Haven’t read anyone else’s views, I was at the first game and genuinely thought we had a decent chance I going through but I’ve never been put through those emotions before. I can’t believe this happened. Winning the whole thing would be less shocking/surprising in my opinion, imagine beating Micky’s in the final. Maybe all our suffering is suffering in the bank, maybe we can be champions of Europe, can you imagine? I can.

I think Son can play in the semi ...
49.04. Exceptionally, all yellow cards and pending yellow-card suspensions expire on completion of the playoffs. They are not carried forward to the group stage. In addition, all yellow cards expire on completion of the quarterfinals. They are not carried forward to the semifinals

I'll repeat what I've said 3 or 4 times this CL run...

My first child is due the day before the CL final. We're winning this for hughy Jr. It's fate.

I like the post on this Blue Moon forum that says that Saturday has got 0-0 written all over it.... I'd snap his arm off for a 0-0 at the weekend if that was offered. Quite how we are going to keep a clean sheet with a patched up team who will be knackered is anyone's guess, after what we've just witnessed, but I'd be more than happy to be proven wrong.
Maybe it's time for Thinktank's break glass in case of emergencies plan of Foyth in midfield...

I'd go. with a 3-2-4-2
Lloris, Gazza, Vorm

Toby, Jan

KWP, Trippier, Rose, Davies

Son, Moura.

Jobs a good un...

(Shit forgot Foyth)

Having been booked twice in this season's competition previously, the 48th minute yellow card received by the South Korean took his tally to three for the tournament, triggering a one-game ban.
All yellow cards are now wiped after the quarter-finals, but only for those who didn't already have two to their name coming into this stage of the tournament. A third was always going to trigger a suspension.
Heung-Min Son informed on German TV that he’s out suspended for the semi-final first leg. Reaction: “I didn’t know!”

Seriously? Like I don’t know silly things are said? I’ve never really complained about silly things, what a waste of time that would be, I might have poked fun at it once or twice but is that such a crime? No. it’s the spiteful hate, the worst of which I delete, that isn’t required.

But yeah I’m mr righteous because you don’t get that. And even then it’s hardly every week so I’m sorry if for some reason it burns you but it’s not going to stop. If people are going to act like mindless and spiteful idiots then it’d be appreciated if you’d allow me to be ‘rightious’ in return. Thanks in advance.

No that’s not what I’m taking about.
And yes you do complain about silly things.
I called us bottle jobs the other week when we lost to Burnley and you said something along the lines of “ I wondered what twat would be the first to say this”
Hardly the response of admin for such a inoffensive post

In a bar in St Petersburg visiting our son who’s studying here. Me, the missus, our son and his neutral gf the only Spurs fans. About 20 Russian City “fans” at kick off.
My celebration of Llorente’s goal nearly got us beaten up or worse. But by the time Sterling’s goal was ruled out by VAR even the local City followers were kinda amused and respectful of Spurs’s grit and us. Fair play to em. Nothing a few vodkas couldn’t resolve.
Wow I love this squad. Of all Poch’s many attributes his ability to deliver redemption in players like Sissoko and Llorente is truly the most heartwarming of everything.
