Anyone received their itinerary for Madrid away from Thomas Cook yet?

I have received a billing statement charging me for two people and a booking confirmation for one person.

So, with the greatest respect in the world, I'm not convinced as yet they know who is going on what trip and/or what is going on.

That is my worry spoke with them on Monday trip for me and mate now all sorted received booking confirmation but thats it nohing else no itinerary no billing confirmation although they took payment on the 18th of March.

I am somewhat sceptical that they have any idea what they are doing at all.

To be fair, from other trips they've organised the itinery is sent out 5 days before (if memory serves me correctly), plus they must have had a shit load of applications to deal with.

I'm on day trip number two if anyone gives a shit.

I'm going on the overnighter with Thomas Cook and just know that we are going early Monday from Stansted, back straight after game, arrive Stansted around 3am Wednesday- back to West London for eg 5am, try and run a school at 8am. Itinerary sounds great apart from the last bit.

You get a piece of cardboard with 'MADRID' written on it in black marker pen and directions to your nearest M25 slip-road.

Mines come this morning for trip 4. Flight out of stanstead at 0640 return flight at 0030 getting in at 0130. 8 hours to myself in Madrid.

Departs 07.20, arrives back at 02.35. Wednesday at work is going to be hard.

Yep, my night trip Itinerary also arrived this morning. 9am flight from Stansted Mon morning, back 2.30 Weds morning.
