I got my wallet stolen with my membership card inside. Has this ever happened to anyone or have you simply lost it? Is there an email address to contact the club? I understand there will likely be a fee. I seen on the site there is a fee of £ 10 if you collect a new one at the club but it doesn't mention anything about posting one out to my address

All One Hotspur Members will be required to pay a non-refundable administration fee of £10.00 before a new Stadium Access Card is issued. However, permanent replacement Stadium Access Cards will not be issued on a matchday.
Presumably that means you can just email the ticket office ([email protected] I think).
