I got my season ticket card within days of paying. But my dad hasn't received his members card yet despite paying a month before me?

I emailed them about this today. My son (junior bronze member) received his stuff (card, goody bag) a few weeks ago, but for me nada. I've got tickets to the Chelsea game so really need the card.
I'll keep you informed of what they say.

Not got mine yet either and mine renewed automatically on direct debit.

Maybe they go out in alphabetical order as I'm near the end.

IMPORTANT NOTE Stadium Access Cards and souvenir packs for all One Hotspur members and Season Ticket holders for season 2017/2018 are currently in production and are due for delivery from the beginning of August. Please be advised that all stadium access cards are despatched individually so please do not be concerned if season tickets/memberships ordered at the same time do not arrive at the same time.

Can't you print the ticket from the official site if the card doesn't arrive in time? I'm the same as you, tickets for the Chelsea game, but no card yet. But if they're sending them out beginning of August, and we still have two weeks til the game, I would imagine we'll get them in time.

My members pack arrived today. Grass keyring is nicer than I expected as is the pin. Good pack this year.
