The more I think about it the odder it seems they didn't even glance in Steve Bruce's direction.

It could actually get worse and Solskjaer will have to be sacked and another temp brought in Temporary Tim perhaps ? LolJust remembered Solskjaer had that spell in charge of Cardiff lol...
Neville's opinions and write ups on sky are really starting to piss me off lately. He talks a big talk for someone who failed miserably in his first season as a manager.
He released an article on Poch being the perfect candidate to take over from Mourinho barely even a few hours after he was sacked. This article has been used on many other sports sites as a source in regards to Poch leaving us for United in the summer. How the fuck is Neville a reliable source? Its merely opinion yet the media took this article and ran with it.
Poch may be the best candidate to take over at United, but to write up an article basically pushing United's agenda is completely out of order and shows a lack of respect for Mourinho and what he did at United, as well as a lack of respect for Spurs. Don't even get me started on the article he wrote about Pogba's tweet.
He doesn't have the skillset to be a decent pundit, always pushing his personal opinions around and not really looking at the facts. So I doubt his managerial career will take off any time soon. Can't wait for the day we can go back to worrying about the football and not the soap opera the PL is slowly turning into.
Why shouldn’t he write an article about who he thinks would be best to take over at United?
Far too many people on here get awfully precious about journos and pundits voicing their opinion. I know it’s shit that united want Poch, and none of us want this to be happening.
Pundits talking about it isn’t going to make it more or less likely to happen.
Honstly think Utd will get worse this season. They'll obviously be more attacking without Mourinho, but their defenders are their worst players and any team from any part of the league could have their day against them like Arsenal last year
So Man U get Solskjaer, is it to replace Jose or lukaku? ??
Man Utds fixture list.

Wed 26 Dec Man Utd v Huddersfield
Sun 30 Dec Man Utd v Bournemouth
Wed 2 Jan Newcastle v Man Utd
Sat 5 Jan Man Utd v Reading
Sun 13 Jan Tottenham v Man Utd
5 games Man Utd at their best should win before they play us. it'll be interesting to see how many they lose.... I'm cheering on Reading.
I know that financially they'll be more than fine to cope with it... but how bad would it be if Man utd just don't get any European football at all for next season?
Yes, they've got the money to throw at a lot of players and obviously have the stature, but you've got to think that missing out on any European competition will ever vastly inflate the already expensive costs and also reduce the players (and maybe managers?) they can attract.
I mean we've all had our say/thoughts about Poch with them them, but if you're a Zidane or a Blanc and are looking at Man Utd, do you honestly manage a team that (quite possibly) finishes 7th in the premier league with no European football and a bloated wage budget?
