The real account is WestHamHelp (with an 'l'). The parody is WestHamHeIp (with a capital i (I) rather than an 'l').

Similarly, there are two David Gold accounts which are differentiated only by an underscore. One account comprises a series of hilarious tweets depicting the inane ramblings of a bumbling old fool with no clue of how to run a football club. The other account is the fake one.
