Fair play to the Spammers. They fought well. City's last two games are the reason they are league leaders. The possibility of not winning never enters their minds. And they remain cool all the way to the final whistle. They just KNOW they are going to score eventually, even if it's in the 96th minute.

They could easily have got a draw in injury time there. They showed a bit more fight. If they pretend they are playing us every week they stand a chance of staying up.

Not sure tbh. Even a non league team can defend with 11 players behind the ball if organised. It’s another thing actually trying to win a game. Imo they will be too far adrift after next 2 games probably 6 points. Hard to see them pulling it back.

Bastards have got a decent chance to stay up, by the looks of it.

Moyes gets a couple half effective additions in Jan and they can scrap their way out of their hole.

We were like that last year.

We don't do that anymore, hence our predicament.

Yes I know that's what I was referring to we did that last year but haven't done it this time certainly yet anyway, we had that belief that we could always win which at the moment we have lost.

Bless kumb all happy even though they lost. In the end they did no better than Huddersfield. Imo city are running out of steam and united will turn them over next week.

I can understand why they would be pleased. Everyone with a brain was expecting them to get battered, probs including their own fans. They played quite well, their defence was organised and ended up losing to a goal from a cross that was out of the highest drawer. Their players are actually showing some fight for the first time this season (other than vs us in the cataracts cup)

I think Jose is licking his lips at the prospect of turning over City. Not saying they will but I wouldn't bet against him doing what he does so often

Parking the bus nearly got them a result. Different story when they play teams down there with them fighting against relegation.
They're fucked, with any luck.
