I don't think it's quite as simple as that though. I think you have to credit Guardiola, he's obviously had a massive effect. The style of football is wonderful, and you don't get that just through throwing together a few £50m signings.I honestly probably hate them the second most out of any team. They've completely gone out and bought the league and now everybody talks like they've revolutionized the premier league or something. They have several freakin 50million backups!! I mean could you imagine if Spurs bench had Laporte, Stones, Bernardo Silva, Danilo, Gundogan, and Gabriel Jesus?! Wow how impressive they won! Sorry rant over just pisses me off what they're allowed to do. Now they want to add Jorginho and Mahrez? Fuck them.
I'm not saying he's not a good coach but dear lord it sure makes the job easier when you can spend 300mil every summer. It's bullshit and it has to stop.I don't think it's quite as simple as that though. I think you have to credit Guardiola, he's obviously had a massive effect. I actually think if Guardiola was in charge of United this season and Mourinho at City then I honestly think the result would be reversed. Perhaps not by the same margin, but I reckon it would have been reversed.

What about if Pep and Poch had switched? Would he win us the league?
Interesting question, I reckon their similar level coaches, both adapt similar philosophies, both improve players and always push their players. It's hard to say but I reckon if the roles were reversed he'd we'd be seeing similar results.
Possibly yes I think. But it would be much closer as I think Poch would do really well with that City team. What about if Pep and Poch had switched? Would he win us the league?
I think Guardiola would need two years, like at City, to transform United into a title winning team. Their squad currently just isn't a Guardiola squad for me. Their recent big money signings like Sanchez and Pogba aren't really players he would sign (he has already offloaded Sanchez once), and they don't have any CM who I can see stepping up like De Bruyne, or Iniesta / Xavi before that. If they still had Scholes or Carrick in their prime, that would be a very different matter.I don't think it's quite as simple as that though. Neither are as good at intricate play as De Bruyne or David Silva. Why not? He tried to sign Sanchez a few months ago and City were linked with Pogba when they signed Pep before he went to Utd.

Sour grapes?
Toure is obviously a bit of a dick.
