Liverpool have been awarded the Home dressing room at the UCL final rather than Spurs; this is due to "logistical" reasons ... sounds like BS to me

UEFA have been screwing us over for years so this is not a surprise. We have been overcoming adversity all campaign so this will be of little consequence.

He'd die for Liverpool!!! I wonder if you put a gun to his head (metaphorically speaking) would he still feel the same way? Sounds a bit like a West Ham or Chelsea fan but he's certainly not from Liverpool that is for sure!

It’s good for us. Adds to the fire. Us versus the world. They want to give us the shit changing room even though we’ve been named the home team, let them.

We’ve all seen Rocky 3 when Rock trained like a bell end in that fancy gym. We want the grimey changing room.

I hate all this, I think I've read/seen 3 or 4 articles/interviews from ex and current players saying they're here to stay, well why don't you get on and do it, and when you have then you can start flapping your gums.

Because they won fuck all so far, and they are trying to make themselves feel better by shouting from the rooftops about how they are here to stay.

They are a very good side but they won't have another season like that again.

It's virtually a brand new stadium so it's not exactly going to be some urine-stained shed type thing like you have to get changed in playing Sunday league. I'm sure it'll be fine. Who knows, maybe if Liverpool have a comfortable "luxury" dressing room they'll be a little too comfortable by kick off time and we can catch them napping early on.

After reading those comments, why are scousers still allowed to breed? You can clearly see why they are detested by the footballing world

Its their sense of entitlement that really does wind me up the most personally. I don't really have too much of a problem with Klopp as he is only being emotional but the former players who are now pundits are just unbearable. A very large selection of their fans are also wired the exact same way. I grew up with a lot of Liverpool fans and you couldn't watch a game with them! If they won they would practically be in your face spitting at you and lose they would just disappear for a week. They are so similar to Manchester United fans its unbelievable.

What I find odd is that if Spurs were designated the home team why weren't we given seats in the south then if that's where the home dressing room is?

Seems like they can't organise themselves tbh, they should have just named Liverpool the home team otherwise.

It's not rocket science.

My Liverpool supporting cousin said that UEFA were worried about Spurs fans taking flares to the final....because that's what they all wore last time they were in it....!!
Must admit it made me smile ( though I wouldn't tell him of course). Scouse git.

Sky Sports main deadline yesterday "Thommo: I'd take Coutinho back to Liverpool".

This was ahead of;
- City winning the league - the aftermath
- Hughton being sacked
- Hazard stating he has told Chelsea his plans
- Bolton have points deducted

How is the opinion of a long-nosed gobshite more headline worthy of any of these other stories?

Exactly. For Sky Sports anything about Liverpool, no matter how forced or trivial, is always a bigger story than anything else going on in the world. It's pathetic.

Bar Utd Liverpool have more fans than anyone else worldwide so they pander to the masses for more clicks to generate revenue.

For example Have a look at these videos and look at the difference in view count for both, same topic but the difference is staggering.

Their agenda is to make money and they'll do that by generating eye catching headlines which appeal to a worldwide audience who are likely to be deceived by click bait.

You're absolutely right. Don't get me wrong I'm aware of why they do it, they're just a trashy click-bait type sports news channel at the end of the day. Doesn't make it any less annoying though. Especially when other, supposedly "serious", news sources are resorting to this kind of click-bait approach nowadays as well. It's not just a SSN problem it's a problem for "journalism" as a whole in the social-media driven age.

You see, this is what pisses me off about the BBC.
You expect if prom the commercial media, more clicks = more money, its that simple.
But the BBCs approach in general has always been to produce quality, not to appease the masses, but to focus on quality...they don't have to please any advertisers.

Yet their Sports journalism is some of the most Liverpool leaning shite you can possibly find.

You’re nearly two decades behind the times in that view, GB (sadly). The Beeb has been operating as close to the commercial broadcasters operating models as it can since John Birt took over.

The pursuit of numbers is as cutthroat for them as it is for the rest. More so since the explosion in channels that satellite and cable brought.

That maybe so mate, but that shouldn't be the case for a corporation funded by the public purse imo.

BBC had something along the lines of "Tottenham inspired by Liverpool" as the main headline the day after our win against Ajax, haha.

Even if Danny Rose did say something along those lines in passing, give us a fucking moment, guys!
