There's a lot of jobs riding on that stadium build. It's going to be interesting to see how this plays out.

Not sure finding a new owner would be that simple. Firstly they’d have to be prepared to take on stadium build. Chelsea just couldn’t compete with a 41k stadium going forward. FFP rules will tighten up. Totally different time from when Roman took over.

Also don’t they have a billion in loans from Roman, someone would not only need to buy the club but also service the debt.

I don't see how the government will change their mind and grant the visa as it appears he has withdrawn the application, if he is no longer applying he won't be getting one.
In any case if he reapplies he will have to explain how he made his money which was the problem inthe first place.
I wonder how much chelsea will be spending in the transfer window this summer?

Do the British government really care about providing jobs for people? Without going deep into it, Theresa May and her cronies have proven that they don't care very much for the working class.
