Here is a league predictor to pass some time.
On the first page, choose United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Southampton and Spurs.
Go on to predict the outcome of each remaining match for those 5 teams. Go with your gut, don't try to manipulate your choices too much in terms of being biased.
Which order do you end up with assuming that Chelsea & City finishes 1st & 2nd?

Mine (separated by margins only) : Arsenal (ergo 3rd), United (4th), Spurs (5th), Southampton (6th) Liverpool (7th)

Had is finishing 4th by a point over Saints. I may or may not have been overly harsh on the dippers who finished 9th behind Stoke and West Ham with 56 points.

Had us finishing 4th with 72 pts. 1 pt behind arsenal and 1 pt above saints. Dippers finished with 69, utd with 68. But also burnley, leicester, qpr missed the drop while sunderland finished last, villa in 19th and hull in 18th. So thats predictors all fucked up. In reality, we're finishing 7th and Burnley(sadly) and leicester will get relegated.

I just set it to predict it itself - which it does based on "recent form by the forecast calculator" and we come third. Think I'll stick on that...

I did it honestly and fair, no bias involved, I think the table is pretty fair.
obviously man city had a bit of a dip, but hey it happens.

That's what I got. I personally think that the Scousers will pip us to 4th, however.

I tried to be balanced but it's so difficult with these things! Does show how close it'll likely be though. I think it'll go down to the wire, hopefully with us still in the mix :)

Man Utd 62

Not sure we'll do as bad as 7th (though certainly possible depending on cup/Europe) but I think anyone that has us at third with their calculations is on drugs or biased.

Anyone else notice how pretty much every team still has to play West Brom and/or Palace? Lol.

One interesting thing I realized is that if we are fighting with Liverpool for the 4th spot on the last day of the season, we play Everton.....
(Lpool are away at Stoke which is tricky).

In a season when we have well beaten Chelsea & Arsenal at home but lost to Wba ,Stoke & Newcastle sort of makes predicting our results abit of a lottery.......

I haven't done the predictor but I'd be very surprised if any team makes 4th place with more than 70 points. Sadly I think we will be around the 65 point total unless we win the winnable games and beat Man U and Man City

I had us in 7th with 66pts

I also had Southampton finish 4th and considering I had £20 on them to drop before start of the season, means i'm f'ing shit at predicting

To be fair, Saints being dropped was the consensus at the time. Everyone is shocked they are doing so well and seem to be waiting for them to come back down to earth. At this point in the season, however, I cant see that happening.

IMO, there are only 3 clubs vying for 3rd and 4th; United, Saints and Arsenal. We're not in the fight and neither is Liverpool. I can see both us and Liverpool being 7-10 points off the pace within 2 or 3 weeks.
