Can Walker cross the ball like Beckham? No, therefore he has room for improvement. Is attacking prowess more than delivering the final ball? I say Yes! Walker, and Rose, switch defence to attack; move the team from the back foot to the front foot; by moving forward they take pressure off the defence and allow the attacking players to find space. Walker might not be Cafu, Rose is not Maldini but then no one else is. I have never understood the warm feeling so many seem to get from constant criticism off our full backs because they are not absolutely perfect.
