Was the highlight of a rather uninspiring day to see ledley at half time. Really good reception and nice to be able to show him how much he meant to the fans.

Anybody else feel a little teary eyed at the thought of not seeing him play anymore? As a 25year old, I'd say he's the first player that I’ve seen the beginning to the end of his career and everything that happened in-between. It makes me so sad that I have to argue his case to fans of other clubs who didn’t really see quite how brilliant he was. Absolutely fantastic defender and I can count the major mistakes on one hand which just sums up the sort of player he was. Huckerby challenge, Robben tackled coupled with England performance vs France in Euros and the admittance by Henry to his brilliance really stand out for me. Long live the King!! Any testimonial news as I for one will pay big money to attend that.

There is to be a testimonial at the end of the season.
I got teary eyed at the applause and chanting of his name yesterday!

Funny that he seems to have been so focussed on somehow keeping on playing that he didn't seem to realise just how much of a legend he is.
I was really pleased that towards the end of his career other clubs fans, and I mean right to the top table, were beginning to appreciate that we weren't exaggerating when we said he was one of the best natural defenders England has produced in decades.

My absolute favourite - love Ledders, just love the guy. Still hasn't sunk in that he won't be playing again, can't get my head around it.

I will genuinely tell my son about him. Absolutely love the bloke. I'm not into talking about the 'if only' with regards to him. He had a brilliant career and will never be forgotten.

Best Spurs player of my lifetime and one of the most naturally gifted defenders I have ever laid eyes on.

Legend!
