Of course, silly me, why as a player who has won sweet FA would I have any respect for a manager who has won just about every domestic trophy there is? You want to know why the many of the players are playing so badly, it's becuase they are not actually good enough to play well consistently. They will all have a good game from time to time. Kanes comment in the Amazon doc was ringing in my ears watching that game tonight "too many players are leaving it all for others to do all the time".
That's all well and good but its Jose's job to work with what we have/or can afford.

To coach a better mentality into the group.

Hes failed.

Aurier, Sanchez, Sissoko, Winks, for starters. Bale and Ndombele once they came on.

Loris and Kane are meant to be the leaders of the team in the absence of Hojbjerg and so they must also take some blame for failing to motivate the team during the match.
Winks and Sissoko. Two players which qualities (that they have), clearly screams for another kind of football. Neither are given a decent chance with these tactics. No wonder they look bad

Sanchez is not having the time of his life, but yet again. During his while european career he’s been playing a certain type of football. Now he’s playing a completely different kind. Yep, he’s making mistakes, and might not become the beast we were hoping for, but another player being described as shit while clearly not being put in a position to succeed.

Aurier really was a horrible buy.

It’s not really about motivating though. It’s about players not being coached.

Players too scared to vacate their positions on the pitch.

Both fullbacks too scared to pass Into midfield

Lloris looking absolutely petrified in goal.

It's over. Its as clear as day.

no one is showing for the ball they are hiding - Sissoko for the 2nd and 3rd goal gets back but its a token effort just jogging into position and thats the whole side - barring Kane and Lo Celso the side has gone mentally and there is no way back from it - I thought the same after the Brighton game but there seemed to be an upturn with a better atttitude apparently after a meeting with Mourinho and the players that seemed to produce more attacking football but the weekend end and today its the end he has lost them there is no way back he has to go

i know we’ve played more games than most, but we also have a squad as big / good as maybe half the EPL. So why do we look so totally knackered compared to every team we play recently
I personally don't think they're as physically knackered as some people think they are. The best teams win everything and don't run out of steam. Our lot are mentally knackered. They don't know what style of football we play any more and that's the bit that's exhausting them.

First there was Moyes using Zoom to coach West Ham from the sidelines. Next it'll be a seance in the dugout reaching Maradona from the beyond the grave.
If we had Wayne Rooney in charge he’d be hoping for a zoom call with Madonna.

Whats was the excuse for players like Dier, Winks, Sissoko tonight then? Not been involved weekly.

These same players have been thrown under the bus my the manager and are devoid of confidence they are all little spineless cowards that need an arm around their shoulder and told they are beautiful and amazing instead of the truth that Jose gives them.

But I also think they are mentally tired of his training sessions and tactical overloads

That’s another thing we can blame Jose but the other problem that cost us big time was poch being so loyal to some of these players

you only get tired playing football when you are losing at any level its an excuse but not the reason we are losing football matches

For me, he's got to go now.

We're way less than the sum of our parts. We have one of the best attacks in the world on paper, we need a manager that's able to make it work. Jose can't, it's as simple as that for me.

We won't get CL now that we're out of europe, so he's failed this season in my eyes, whether we win the league cup or not.

Take the hit, pay the compo, get rid and start putting some work in to a decent replacement (easier said than done I know).

"On behalf of my team, in spite of some of my players that they don't share my emotions, I apologise to the Tottenham supporters."

WTF does that mean? Throwing the whole fucking team under the bus now.

I think some of them deserve it. That performance just isn't acceptable.
