Well, that's just your opinion, isn't it? By sacking him less than a week before a cup final this club showed two things:

1. They really couldn't care less about winning trophies.
2. A complete and unbelievable lack of respect to Mourinho, its players and fans.

So yeah, if we're showing him such little respect, is it really that far fetched to think we're too good for him? And I only mean the club, since it's very clear that a lot of the supporters certainly feel that way (calling him a dinosaur, boring, etc.).

I mean, we can also go with your theory that we only sacked him to deflect from other issues but, isn't that also showing we feel we're too good for him if we're going to threat him as the sacrificial lamb?
Of course it’s my opinion. What else would it be?

Oh do fuck off with picking this scab. This man sucked the culture and fun out of this club and we haven't been able to get it back.

Nah, I disagree, but it would have been great if he had been allowed to suck out from the club the culture of not winning any titles which has been setting under enic, though.

I’ve backed my opinion up with plenty of examples.

No you didn't, but it's okay. I just got annoyed that you kept replying over and over again that there's not true to what I was saying, as if it was a matter of fact or something. Apologies if I got a bit aggressive there in the end.

I went to an audience with Ledley King last night and he interesting said he had no issue with Mourinho and didn't think the squad did either but the squad did struggle with Joao Sacramento and that link between the squad and the manager caused much of Jose's issues.

Yeah everything that's come out in the wash has pointed to Sacramento and to a lesser extent GK coach Nuno Santos being absolutely horrible ****s, to be blunt about it.

You don't usually think of backroom staff being a problem and not the manager but that clearly was the issue with us.

Were they Jose’s staff? I thought they were part of his team.

Jose famously ditched almost his entire backroom team/staff/whatever you want to call it after United and hired an almost all new crew for the job with us. Technically they're not "his staff" of course, although Santos has followed him to Roma, they were employed by the club. But he picked them.

What came out about Sacramento? I've missed that.

No specific incidents that I can recall but both ITK and journalists quoting anonymous sources connected to the players have claimed Sacramento caused a lot of friction at the training ground.

Fair play to him how well he’s doing at Roma, looks a really good fit for him and his record in Europe and cups is pretty phenomenal to be fair.

That’s really interesting.

Where is JC now, still with Jose or moved on?

Think Aurier said the same in an interview.
Didn’t Jose get rid of Sacramento soon after the Roma job.
