Quite how they value ManUre at 4.5 times us when:

1. Their revenue and op profit is only twice as large
2. Their debt ratio is huge
3. They're pretty much maxed out on revenue streams except for mechandise whereas we have huge extra potential from increased stadium capacity and possible qualification for the Champions League
