If we're looking for a midfield player who can play more forward, my dream would be Gnabry. Superb player.

Greeting from Thailand, I asked my friend who also Spurs Supporter and work in Thailand FA, he has some connect info from Fox's Board (as we know the Fox's owner and Executive board are Thai)

He heard that Fox ready to sale Tielemans (They has the replaced player already) while Maddisson Fox ready to sale at the right price (he not specific how much?) but Fox still can't find out who will replace JM, and If this transfer window closed and JM stilled there, Fox will offer new contract to him.

PS: Sorry for my English that not so good.
Excuse me, you can't just bandy my name around like that, it's copyrighted ?

If Maddison is still there when the window closes it'll be interesting to see if he signs that new contract.

I'd be amazed if he does, I mean firstly I doubt it's going to be high wages, due to their already (relatively) massively wage bill.

Secondly, Leicester are showing no real progress and while other clubs are spending for fun they are standing still. Not really a future there atm.

So from a financial or footballing stand point it makes no sense.

Also from the other post, I wonder if winks is the replacement they've lined up for tielemans?

Yes could see Chelsea going for him Wouldn't suprise me if United did just to flex there muscles and get a big money signing to appease their fans.
I'd be surprised, aren't they stacked in the attacking midfield roles? They have mount, Gallagher has come back and wants to be first team, for the wider positions they've just signed sterling, add that to Havertz (kind of plays AM/CF). Werner and pulisic too.

I'm not saying they won't, but they should be spending money on a another centre back, a central midfielder (defensive), and a proper centre forward.

Honestly don't see who else can come in for him at this stage. Arsenal are full of those types of players as are city.

Liverpool could be an interesting one. But that's about it.

I think Maddison is far more suited to us than any of the other players linked. Just a personal opinion.

Yesterday JM stilled first 11 starts of Friendly Match against OHL Leuven (Belgian Parent club, also King Power owner), my friend updated that stilled no official offered for JM from any team at the moment.

I’m not so sure…. I think SMS works better in a two man midfield than Maddison. Unless we plan to utilize a 3-5-2 quite often, I can’t see Maddison getting that much time against anyone that doesn’t park the bus from the opening whistle. His home grown status is the only factor that makes me think twice.

That’s all fair enough but we haven’t as yet been officially linked to SMS.

Maddison can play right wing at a high level as well though, and it’s not hard to imagine him in rotation with Deki allowing Richarlison to cover the other two. The winger/no.10 role that Conte likes could suit him quite well.
