Missing out on Champions League football won't have any baring on Mourinho coming back, they have money to spend regardless of FPP and will in my opinion flaunt itThe thing is Arsenal normally sell their best player and then sign someone slightly worse next season they cant do this as they dont have great players but them missing out on CL this season may make wholesale changes there tbh. As Usmanov is more vocal when they are shit. As for Chelsea them missing out on Mourinho would be great and they cant keep spending like this if they going to make FFP, they would lose out on around £30mill and that would take them to a £25million loss before transfer tbh.
