If those figures on Real paying 60% of his salary are correct, plus the fact that its just a loan, in case it proves to be a failure, then I think this has been a great bit of business by the chairman.

Real might have a bit of an ace up their sleeve with Reguilon. They might use their buy back option on Reguilon as leverage to make us pay more of Bale's wages in year 2. I'd certainly be thinking along those lines if I was forking out the money they're having to.

Apparently if they buy Reguillon back within two years they have to pay £35million so that is not so bad .Have faith in Levy over this.

They're possibly paying Bale 360k per week which works out close to 19m a year. I still think they could use Reguilon as leverage given the numbers involved. They could take him back and put him up for sale again if they wanted to.
