How can I file a complaint to authorities against the official shop as an overseas fan?

The exchange rate between USD and GBP is calculated by your credit card company (or PayPal or whatever) at the exact second the transaction goes through electronically (not by the merchant selling the goods). I've bought enough shit from the UK to know that going to a site that tells you what the exchange rate is that day is pointless. It will never match up.

Of course this doesn't mean the Spurs Shop isn't ripping you off. They probably are.... ;)

I've got quite the story! I'm emailing the Spurs shop because my 10% wasnt reflected in the price and they tell me that I need to call. I do which runs me up a $15 charge on my phone bill and the refund was only $6 (which is lower than the correct amount anyway) but to address it is probably going to require another call, ha. Proper f*cked by the Spurs store staff.

Spurs Shop is 100% ripping you off. When buying in GBP, they dont deduct for VAT. And the USD price is more than it is at Nike. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
