Have you ever been interviewed before a game?

I went to the Wigan game at White Hart Lane in 2010 and I was approached by someone before the game with a camera and was asked for a few words including my prediction for the game. I was feeling rather bullish as we had beat them 9-1 the previous season and I think I told him I expected us to win 4/5-0.

We lost 1-0.

Has anyone else been interviewed before a game (maybe on TV) and got it right? Or like me been made to look an absolute yankspurs.

(Also if anyone can find that video, i'd be very grateful. Would be hilarious to watch back now. I was an absolute state back then.)

I was interviewed by French Tv (Canal+?) about Hugo on his debut. I had read something on here about him being quick off the line so regurgitated that as I knew nothing else about him. I've been a regular pundit on there since.

oooh blimey I can't remember how many years ago it was now but some TV company were making a show about Spurs and asked if I could get them a couple of peasants from SC to appear on the show to give their comments on certain games. As you can imagine, given the quality of numpty we can get on here, I was shitting myself, but this was pre-Yankspurs (can you imagine ) so I felt we had a chance.......eventually two people were produced and IIRC actually didn't do too bad.

Can't for the life of me remember who now though.

Once randomly before a home game v Bolton I think it may have been, me and two mates were approached in a car park by two Croatian journalists asking our thoughts on the signing of Modric, we were completely shocked and had no idea that we had signed him, as he had been linked with Newcastle through the papers.
Second time was an interview for Spurs magazine before a pre-season friendly asking about thoughts for the season, cue lots of misguided optimism about the Uefa cup and the signings of Bent and Dos Santos! Followed by a very unflatering photo of the four of us appearing in the magazine!

Yes, for Korean TV... in Madrid before the CL Final. The Documentary was called Sonsational. I don't think from the final cut they used my interview but I still appeared.

I got Interviewed before a match back when Venables was in charge. It never made it to the pre match programme, which was admittedly not a surprise as I talked a right load of old bollocks.
