Maybe, I'd be surprised if it's even possible to organise a funeral in 24 hours though.

Anyway, like I say, there's one post on FB about this and fuck all else.. at the moment there's every chance it's nothing more than spurious internet bollocks.
Indeed. Unlikely to be reported anyway.

Not bothered about the interview. It's not like my opinion will make the tiniest bit of difference either way. He stays, he goes, whatever.

I can't tell you if it's true or not, but I do think we would have heard contrary information. Nobody likes a fake death story.

And one person on SO responding to the rumor here, said that his/her mom was friends with Levy's mom and that this was true. While I can't verify this either, my hope is that nobody would be this sick

oh dear my mum was good friends with sonia....she had cancer...very sad news.... this world takes the good ones 1st...was laid to rest today...very sad my mum is in bits....was very good friends as we grew up 2 doors apart

If anyone needed clarification on the mans class then this interview coming the day DL buries his mother is it...

Weeks to say something & more weeks coming but today of all days, when his chairman is obviously busy with things far more important that football...

Disgraceful...

the media ask him the questions

Ignorning the contract talk and for the moment also not paying much creedance to a facebook profile which claims Levys mother has died.

I just think the CL comments, even out of context are an issue because for most players the CL is a big deal. It is where the money, exposure and to a lesser extent glory is. Possible signings only have to see the quoted headline, to perhaps re-consider signing for us. The sort of players we are looking to sign will certainly have suitors from the CL and more than likely offer more money in terms of wages. Our ambition to be CL regulars, to challenge for silverware and to expand our ability to make money through TV revenues and a new stadium (obviously leading to higher wages) are what really helps to convince players.

In terms of the actual quotes I don't think anything Arry said is a massive problem.

The fact that anyone can actually defend both the context of that interview & the timing of it is absolutely shocking...

It says more about certain people on here than words ever could, nobody is perfect yet the pro redknapp people on here are laughable in their stead fast loyalty...

The guys interviews are a disgrace & anyone on here who can stand there & say there is nothing wrong with this interview has gone beyond being pro-redknapp.....ignore button me because ill be ingoring your views on the messiah & everything else forthwith..

You seem quite unbiased yourself.

Yes damn those people trying to look at things in context. Your agenda is clear so anything you say about harry is pretty tainted.

All these suggestions of Harry saying this stuff at a "bad time". We all need to remember we don't even know for sure if there has been a death in Levy's family. Harry may not even be aware of that. And furthermore the tone of the interview was not disrespectful.

I think we are all getting a bit carried away with that element of it. But are so damn right to be angry that Harry is now looking for a new deal when a few months ago he wouldn't have signed one for shit

Just ask Dave Benson Phillips
That was crazy. Really showed up what kind of ****s a lot of people who work in television are though. Not that it's ever been a secret.

Yes. It doesn't even make me angry. Bit cheeky though. Still, don't ask don't get I guess. I'll have none of any "all I ever wanterised was to managerate this here club till the day I couldn't walk no more guvnor" guff if he tries to trot that out in the next couple of months though. We all know why you're still here, H.
