We best come up with a song for him for when we play against him.

Possibly not as derogatory as the "spits when he talks" one that has been sung.

Yes I'm absolutely bitter towards him.

Disclaimer: if he stays I will delete this.

They said that about Greaves, then said we'd not see another HODDLE and some geordie rocked up. There will always be someone eventually.
Scarlett will probably bang in 30 goals for us this season and all will be forgotten. Well until we sell him to Man City the season after :(

We won't see another Kane at Spurs. He's a once in a lifetime striker. Best in 50-60 years.

I agree. That’s why I’m amazed so many are happy to see him go despite the last weeks. It seems everyone has forgotten the strikers we had before. Although we had some great goal scorers in Sheringham, keane and Defoe. None of them were as reliable as Harry Kane in front of goal. It will be back to more missed chances and shots straight at the keeper. More games where we think “their keeper was man of the match”, when in fact it will be because our strikers made them look good. Kane rarely did that. It was shots into the corner or smashed past them before they had time to think. We will miss him greatly and I’ll be gutted when he goes.

The thing is if Kane goes, we best sign some proper top talent. Martinez etc, but if he goes and then Inter decide to keep LM, what do we do?

I can't think of many other top strikers out there.

As it stands we are going into City sunday with one first team improvement who may even be injured (Romero).

We still have Dier, Winks, Sissoko, Sanchez all here.

The players we have sold in Toby and Lamela were ones we could have actually played and used on Sunday.

There is a lot of stuff we need to do to make us ready for this season.

We have far too many weak links for the season at the moment.

Kate kane is a slapper
She has a dirty Vanny
And when she's shagging harry
She thinks of dele alli

Honestly why do some football fans think it’s acceptable to bring a players family into it. Such a dick move.
You should actually feel ashamed that your ‘humour’ has missed the mark massively.

I agree, there seems to be a lot of back slapping going on with some fans about how great our new director of football is and how great the rebuild is going but we don’t look any stronger atm and we only have a couple of weeks left. If Kane goes it gets much much worse.

I'm not sure spending the bulk of the Kane money on a striker is the way forward. We already have a 20+ goal/season player in Son, as well as players who can easily hit 10+, and our defence is reaaaally light.

Spend 35-40m on someone like Toney who isn't as complete as Kane but a great goalscorer and spend the rest on improving the rest of the team, sort of like LFC did with Coutinho when they got Keita for 45m and spent the rest on their defence.

The thing I don't understand is why we'd set City a deadline of 23rd/24th to pay up. Surely everyone wants this sorted one way or another and would be best to have set the deadline this week, before the season starts, or is that too sensible?!

Let's try remain classy, hey?

The best way to deal with Kane leaving to City is to just not give him the affection we once did, move on.

Although, I don't forget. I try to live life without holding onto hate and you do feel better for it.

If we start with stupid chants, or effigies, or name calling, it just looks bitter and it also validates Kane's decision to leave. Let's try to remind him that he had a it very very good here and he won't get that level of adulation at City.

Once they disrespect the fans and the club they are finished in my eyes. Won't shed a tear.
