Yep Harry is starting all day long.

Poch will play the media games but Kane will start and Liverpool would certainly prefer him not to be starting.

Think this is what Carragher was moaning about, the extra preparation time for Kane could prove so crucial.

IF we win - they will no doubt start another fuckin petition about Kane playing etc

Can’t believe anyone wouldn’t start him. Mind you there’s probably some who would have Gazza instead of Hugo in goal. Remember them?

A Fit Harry must start......end of.

He is the best in the world as an out and out striker, it would be madness not to start him.

We lose without him, we will forever look back with ''if onlys'' the game could be long lost before he comes on.

Harry will start and Liverpool will be shitting themselves , a fresh pumped Harry on the loose will fuck them right up.
This is brilliant lol

Exactly. As tough as it may be on Son or Lucas, one of them has to make way for him if he's fit and raring to go. Poch knows this, we know this, its football.
Do they?
What if we drop dele or Eriksen back next to sissoko? Then they can all play or we play 4-1-4-1 could drop dele...

Lucas sissoko winks/wanyama Eriksen son
Kane

Or
Sissoko Dele/Eriksen
Lucas. Dele/Eriksen Son
Kane

Has to be one of these two options for me.

So torn. Clearly our best impact sub in the 60th if we need a goal, but our first halves were so dire against Ajax that it could be over by then if there's a repeat. You obviously want him for ET and potential penalties as well.

Have to back the medical team that if he's passed fit he can play 120 minutes.

I'd play Kane in the middle of Son and Moura's pace making runs off of him. Sit Dele because of his dodgy hamstrings.

The question isn't so much should he play - it's who does he replace? I think we all know deep down it should be Moura. Whoever it is I bet Poch isn't looking forward to that conversation!

No, it WILL be Moura but I don't think it should be.

Why is there some strange narrative out there that we play better without him? Did those people not pay any attention to how we ended the season?

I really don't think it's a clear cut 'if Harry's fit, he starts' narrative as history tells us he's very slow to come to terms with match speed and his desired work rate has been questionable when introduced early from injury.

That's not me slating him or saying we are a better outfit without him because of course that's false and quite clearly this is an exceptional circumstance that is difficult to say how it will pan out for both sides on a fitness front and just how players cope with the pressure of playing in the biggest club game of their lives.

Kane will have a massive part to play in this final - that much is certain.

The spell out prior to that one we did go on a decent run, let's not forget. Also, we got to the final after his injury. Can't be THAT bad without him? Not saying we're better without, just that we can perform without him if we have to. Kane starting is 50/50 for me, likewise Winks. Both long layoffs and to suddenly start in a CL final. Depends on their match fitness. We could go up in first half and bring them off. Or it's still level and bring them on second half to give us that extra boost. It could play out both ways.

We were playing appallingly and scraping through games due to force of will. Remember Fulham away, Newcastle / Watford home. We are worse without Kane. Obviously, given he's our best player.

Last season we played better without him. This season we've generally looked poor with or without him.
