The current situation is quite chaotic right now , the club are demanding a decision today from Harry and no more delay. Tensions are running high, and there's a strong desire to bring this saga to a close as stated earlier The club is looking for a clear resolution – either his departure or a solid commitment in some way to stay. We cannot have ange dealing with this tomorrow !!

A statement of some form tonight is needed before his press conference tomorrow !
This is a totally reasonable position for us to take. What more does he need to consider to decide?

I think this is the right approach personally. We need some kind of commitment from him. It's not good for anyone to have a whole season of uncertainty again.
Totally, how easy that is in practice though? Can't force him out or to sign new deal

Two possibilities :
Either :
Levy is selling Kane as he doesnt want to lose him on free, regardless of Kane decision to stay this season

Or,

Bayern leaked the info after sending new bid that Levy asked for....but before Spurs & Kane family decided

In first case, why would Kane stay knowing Levy wanted him sold. In second case, why would he go to Bayern, knowing they are pressurizing him publicly
3rd option Kane and Levy agreed at the start of the window that £100m would be an acceptable bid for spurs and that if that came in it would be accepted and Levy has kept his word. Then Kane has the option (as all free people do) to take the job on offer or reject it. He may well have spoken to Bayern and found an agreeable set of terms however, he would have had to wait until that 100m offer came in and now has to make a call. In his mind he has a family to take care of, a club he clearly loves, the record in his sights and the knowledge that he could go to a host of clubs next year. It’s a bloody difficult decision and he may decide to stay (for now). I hope he does. 1 more year of Harry is worth more than money to a multi-billion pound organisation

So, has Harry showed some hesitation and Levy's smelled blood, sensing an opportunity to corner him?
I wouldn't put that sort of hard-nosed ruthlessness past Daniel (COYS) at all.

Whatever we say about the bloke, he does try his best to protect the club...or his asset, at least.

So Levy is 100% trying to force the Bayern move then.

We can’t have the indecision extending into the weekend. So this stance is perfectly understandable. Think it would be unrealistic to expect him to commit to a new deal yet though.

Either a move or a commitment.

I think now that the money is on the table Levy won't want to let Kane walk for free without any kind of compromise on his part.

Obviously Kane can just tell him to fuck off and stay regardless, though.

Yeah. When you put the above into the ultimatum - which is effectively what Levy is doing here - then I feel the end result is likely that he goes.
