Harry Kane is reportedly willing to give up a large part of his Tottenham salary in order to force through a summer move to Bayern Munich. The 30-year-old has been targeted by the German champions over the last few weeks, with at least two offers having already been turned down by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.

Source: Daily Express

Bear in mind that this story originated from Bild, and the "mammoth offer" was apparently £82million including add-ons.

Total bullshit
The German papers and media are now ( thanks to a boring transfer window)seeing Kane as a sort of saviour against the negative trends in the Bundesliga.

I don't see these Germans as having a single ounce of awareness. They seem to think playing for Bayern would be the greatest achievement for any player, anywhere. They really are quite weird.

It's bollocks 1) no way Levy would accept 20 m buy out when he could get four times that, and 2) it would ruin Kane's legacy as hero status 3) Bild is a shit tabloid along the lines of express and sun

Cheers GF

We had similar expressions of desperation in the Man City transfer saga a couple of summers ago. It was bullshit then, and it’s bullshit now.

Daniel: “Of course you can buy yourself out of your contract. It’ll cost you 100 million, Charlie’s motorcycle, and a shrubbery.”

Completely contradicts what Kane himself has said re. staying once the season starts. Kane is not pushing to leave.

It's disgusting PsyOps behaviour by Bayern and the German media.

The Daily Express should be ashamed of getting wrapped up into it.
