Please don't bring that up :-|

Every time I think of our 'deal' where we sold Berbatov and got Frazier (no option to buy) Campbell on loan, I feel a bit sick. They get a world class striker and one of their young players getting experience in the premiership. We get...well a couple of goals against liverpool in the Carling Cup, and some money.

Probably the most screwed over we've been since the unmentionable one left for the scum.

 old fergie did screw us royally that summer, bet he was laughing for weeks watching Campbell attempt to fill the void

Dzeko Signs! An exclusive insight into the 27m man's innermost thoughts.

Youthful Dreams

"Growing up in Sarajevo, all my friends and I desired Nike sportswear. It is so exciting for me to be involved with Garry Cooke - I very much admired his project with the Air Jordans. I'm also a really big fan of Mr. Khaldoon, his work with all that oil reminds me of my role as a top striker, when I drill it home the famous Eastlands crowd will go wild - when he drills it home, liquid gold flows like the angelic voices of the project's Elite Support Unit - as I have been asked to refer to the fans."

The Legacy of the Number 10

"I am really excited to be wearing the number 10 shirt, made famous by City legend Robinho, who put this club on the map and showed how far the project had come. I hope and pray that I may make as much of an impact on this project as the Brazilian."

The Manchester Effect

"I have asked people about Manchester and they say that everyone who is actually from Manchester is a member of the Elite Support Unit, and support our project and that United fans all come from Cornwall."

For the Project NOT the Money

"People may say the project attracts players desiring money, the fact is my agent had to point out to me the extra zero on my weekly salary, I had not noticed this, and this only served to reinforce to me just how much a part of this project I project myself to be."

God not the Berbatov deal again. United did not screw us over, £30m was more than a fair price. Pav was his replacement, and we only to Campbell as loan for cover, as Arshavin - who was Keane's replacement fell through.

Is that the the Abu Dhabi Sports and Cultural Network that is run by Joseph Goebbels?

I'd add that we didn't exactly do well for the first 8 games of the season (anyone remember how many points we got), and I recall that many Spurscommunity members were desperately trying to keep afloat until January so that we could get a striker in. Once the window opened we got Defoe and Keane in.

So yeah I'd say we were massively screwed over, and if it wasn't for Harry, that deal could have cost us a place in the Premiership, which would have made the £30m a rather pathetic compensation.

Grrrrrr. See Kaz Hirai, it's got me all worked up again

In light of his 'effort' I think we should think up a chant for him.

How about:

Shit wind-up merchant,
You're just a shit Alex Ferguson,
Shit Alex Ferguson,
You're just a shit wind-up merchant:shrug:

They rely on Teves more then we rely on Bale. Mancini and their fans shat themselves when he asked to leave.

Think I'd go with an even more simple chant...

You can shove your f***ing scarf up your arse
You can shove your f***ing scarf up your arse
Shove that f***ing scarf, shove that f***ing scarf,
Shove it up your motherf***ing arse

Also works on Wally from 'where's Wally' fame.

If Bale was motivated by money then i might be worried, however he seems like a sensible lad with his head screwed on. If you take money out of the equation then we are an all round better proposition than city. Oh and by the way, we're in the last 16 of the CL! :hump:

I love hearing Mancini speaking eg
"We play football very very well and try very very but it is very very hard to score a goal with this ball today but tomorrow we try again..."

Absolute muppet, so glad our manager is English.

They'll be in for him in the summer, if only to fuck up our chances of competing with them in the near future. The only chance we have of keeping him is if we qualify for the Champs League again, otherwise I think he'll end up at City.

Don't have any problem with that. He says "if" we decide to sell him. I disagree with him about the 50% bit, but it's not an unreasonable opinion.

That said, I'm glad we have a manager who doesn't talk openly about other team's players.

Nothing wrong with this at all. He was obviously asked about how Bale would do in Serie A because of his experience in that League. The fact that he said if Spurs wanted to sell him he'd be the hottest property in the window at least shows some degree of respect. Its not like saying Bale should leave us or anything. Although it's obvious if we put Bale on sale then loads of clubs would be interested. Same with the likes of Robben and Malouda.

I dont agree that we'd lose 50% of our potential though. He'd be a big loss obviously, but we were still doing well first half of last season without him. It would probably be the difference between top 4 and challenging for 6th place though. We wont be selling him anytime soon though, and we sure as hell wont put him up for sale.

Pretty much the way I read too. Don't see what else the bloke can say. Redknapp is always talking about other players and how "any team would love so and so". The media will keep doing this from here on in unless Redknapp tells the next one that asks about Bale to fuck off and treats them like Ferguson does in the same circumstances - and the wankers wouldn't dare ask him anymore.

Reporter just posed what RM said about Bale to Harry!....Harry says..'oh right, dont know why Roberto is talking about Gareth Bale...he's here to stay'!

Look genuinely shocked with the 50% potential of our team comment.
