I'm still shaking.

I went to the Spurs Community home page to catch up on the news and I saw that Diouf had joined Spurs.

For a split second the Spurs vs Bolton image tricked my eyes to thinking Diouf was in a Spurs shirt:

I need a bloody cup of tea.

For a split second, I honestly thought he had been photo-shopped into a Spurs shirt due to an agreed end of season deal.Eek

Its still funny to me that Liverpool paid big moeny for him based on (I assume) the strength of one world cup (well one game...one goal actually)

He came with all the hype after that wonder goal ready to be the new Henry. Yet now he plays in a differnt postion for Bolton, all that glitters is not gold I guess.

And speaking of hype and wonder goals, does anyone else think John Barnes made a career from one goal in a friendly against Brazil and then did not much else of significance? Other than manage Celtic, possibly...........Eek
