I would certainly fancy Liverpool to come out and have a go. I think Moyes just has that knack of neutralising our key men with his blanket defence.

They seemed to be content to defend their lead after taking it. I couldn't see Liverpool scoring until Distin's error. There was very little creativity in the game and a lot of poor passing. Everton players often didn't seem to reading each other's intentions, with a number of balls hit into empty space with a team mate nowhere near.

And that is why I despair of him being linked to Tottenham, regardless of scarce resources (which are somewhat overplayed IMO) and cheerleaders in the UK Press, he is by nature cautious, negative and anti-Spurs as a manager.
If we win tomorrow though, Liverpool are by far our preferred opponents for reasons already stated. COYS!
