Excelsior loan for Parrott

Troy Parrott has joined Dutch Eredivisie side Excelsior Rotterdam on loan for the remainder of the 2023/24 season. The 21-year-old forward spent last season on loan at Preston North End, scoring four goals in 34 appearances in all competitions for the Championship club.
