You can make the change as long as the plan is in place. Any rushed, emotionally-driven appointment out of desperation only sets us back further if there’s no thought behind it other than “just get a new guy cuz the current guy can’t stay any longer”. The only option is Mason interim if Conte goes unless they have that plan. And tbh even entertaining the idea that the club is competent enough to have a plan in place is giving them way too much credit so the only options for me are Conte or Mason til the summer then change. I honestly couldn’t care less where we finish this season. I only really care about forming a consensus and a base to build success for the long term. And there’s basically a 0% chance that is in place right now, so in my mind there’s basically a 0% chance we should do anything but stick with Conte or give it Mason til the summer.
Didn't herc say that the next manager has been identified and agreed upon by the powers that be? I might be wrong

IIRC there's a settled shortlist of possible candidates, not sure if they picked the manager already, they will want to interview few people probably.

I believe every single person at the club needs to go. Levy, the board, all the players, all the staff, every single employee at every level throughout the club. Get everyone out and start again from scratch.

But…. Who’s going to do the interviews?

and who’s gonna look after the keys?

As you know I'm not going whilst Conte and the boring football he brings is here.

Streamed today like I have been doing. I never even flinched when we scored or conceded. I just don't care. How bad is that?!

I absolutely detest the way we play. We make really poor teams look superb.

Genuinely I'm having my own party when he goes.

If Davies and Richy are out can you imagine how pointless our bench will be for the next game? We might not see a sub made again until next season.
And Danjuma still won't play. This pettiness and stubbornness from Conte are what driving me mad about him.

This is a lot more rational than anything which tries to completely absolve Conte of any blame for the current form.

Huge rebuild required. No small job or quick fix. All the more reason to give the new manager a 3 month head start.

So passive. No pressing, no intensity, no pace of play…again. I’m tired of commentators talking about how the other team has really come to play today and has put on their best showing in a long time. We let them play, it’s that simple. They look better because they all have time on the ball then the players gain confidence and then the crowd gets into it.

it isn’t even Conte’s fault. That’s what’s dawning on he. He is doing a poor job - yes, you idiotic Conte nuthuggers, you are very wrong - but it ultimately isn’t on him.

Until large scale regime change and an entire squad overhaul comes this club won’t win anything. Levy is the culprit.

Conte his stupid anti-football bollocks is the symptom. Levy however is the terminal disease.

We've had an overhaul mate, yeh we've still got a few mediocre hangers on but otherwise this is a decent squad. Other than a top CB he can't have asked for much more. He apparently didn't want any creativity in the middle seemingly thinking PEH is the answer, and seems to think Perisic and Sessengon are good enough on the left. He should be doing a whole lot better with this squad, but we haven't progressed one iota since Jose left, and are every bit as boring to watch if not worse.

I bloody hate this iteration of Tottenham. The football was arguably as bad under Mourinho but at least he had a bit of charisma and didn't spend all his time acting as if he was doing us a favour by managing us.

Since we sacked Poch, we’ve become completely obsessed with a brand of football which couldn’t be further from our identity. Paratici’s inevitable sacking will be a blessing in disguise because I have absolutely no doubt he would’ve appointed someone equally passive and dull.
