Very impressive so far. t would be a tragedy if they didn't have the funds to complete. Kudos to them anyway

Are they doing anything different with the stadium design? It’s a great location.

Don't know too many details but it's a bit more budget than hours. They've gone with a big, single stand but I think it's a few thousand less than Park Lane.

Seems to have a lot of steel frames. Goes up quicker but more expensive than reinforced concrete, as I remember.
I guess it will be lighter, and maybe that is a consideration if it is part built on silt.
Plus, maybe using reinforced concrete is a bad idea next to what I assume is salt water.

That's what I remember from our build - endless pours of concrete, except for the south stand.

Some renders of what it'll look like.

Looks fairly run of the mill, I’m sure it’ll be nice though, and it’ll be exciting times for Everton fans. Should help them compete higher up the table.

Yeah. Looks like a nice modern take on the traditional 4 stand stadia. Few bells and whistles, some good corporate facilities etc.

Looks nice. Not as nice or as big as ours but it should be one of the better grounds in the league. Interesting that the big glass window is at the north end - I thought part of the reason our single tier stand with the big window was at the south end was to allow a bit more light to get at the pitch.

Not sure there will be a better ground in the championship...

Location is great but I will miss the novelty of their proximity to Anfield. Such a foreign concept for those of us here in North America.
