I have to say that I have been a bit disappointed with the Euro 2012 this year.
I think that most managers have not selected the best squads or team selections.
There are so many good players out there, but they tend to choose the less interesting players.
It has to do with what other people think about their selection for the respective country. The managers don't dare to make "unmainstream" opinion selections.
I am waiting for a manager to do something different. When you are in a position to manage a country, I think you should be in charge -- not the mainstream.
The best example was Holland this year. A bad squad and team selection caused the damage.
