England top 5 - RMs

I know I've come to this thread a little late, but do people really rate Walcott as the best RM in England? I am shocked by that, and all Arsenal bias aside, I think he is awful as a winger. I think with a bit more coaching, he could revert back to a centre forward role, which would be good given England's lack of quality there.

I'd rather have Walcott as the right-sided player if using a 4-2-3-1 (which I'd prefer for England). If I was forcing myself into choosing a RM for a rigid 4-4-2 I'd probably choose someone else.
