Why is it every other day there is a new news story saying one of our players hopes for england call up, when they are playing like a pile of shit?

At least it should be another incentive for our english players at least to play well in the last 4 games.

he is talking about next season, stop getting yourself worked up over one of our players hoping to improve for club and maybe get in and around the england set up, you made it sound like one of our players were wanting to play at the end of the season friendlies even though they have been poor :lol:

When I read the full interview he said next season he hopes to go on to play regulaly for spurs, then he will target an england place....well its the logical step aint it. And if you belive the daily mail which has been rightin the biggest shit about spurs in the last year, then I think you should really reconsider

Glad you wrote this as its winding me up as well. I wonder what planet they're on sometimes, someone needs to have a quiet word on their ears, something along the lines of 'Lets try not to get stuffed by Wigan lads before we book next summer off for the World Cup' should do it.

Of course, I dont mind them having aspirations to play for England but on current form i'd suggest only Woody should be anywhere near the squad.
