No issues yesterday either. Being from Northern Ireland we had no electronic confirmation but accepted the card no problem. Were in in a couple of minutes.

did you need a COVID pass as well? I didn’t think spurs were implementing that until the government’s legislation came in?
I got mine scanned at the security gate. There were scanners for match tickets at the bottom of the stairs, then covid pass scanners and security gate/bag check, then had to scan match ticket again to actually get into the stadium.

Seemed a bit over the top to scan the match ticket more than once. As for the covid pass, the NHS app wasn't even loading for a period and I was panicking. I did have my card I got when I had the jabs, but thankfully the app loaded and logged in as I got closer.

I didn't have any issues with my QR codes being scanned by anything though. My dad had trouble with one getting into the ground, but that was it.

I'm going to Watford game with my Dad who is 77. He is proper fucked off with all this bollox just to see a football match. So am I. Sorting the NHS app, especially for him, has been.an utter bastard. Obviously he hasnt got a bloody smart phone so that'll be the next problem.
Regarding the Covid pass, I just saved a screenshot so I dont have to piss about with the app when I get there.

I was impressed yesterday, very professional compared to other events I have been to recently where phones were just flashed to 'prove' vaccinations.
Got my season pass emailed earlier too so all good there too

I downloaded my digital pass yesterday all very easy. I also looked at my Covid certificate on the NHS app and once I downloaded it on my phone it offered me the option to download it into my Apple Wallet. Now have both in my iPhone Apple Wallet. Only lasts one month so need to redo it every month but convenient to have both in the same place

Hey all
I can't make the Man City game
I see no Ticket Exchange option - anyone else know if this will be available?

Not certain unfortunately. The official line is that they'll only consider doing it once a game sells out, and City still has a few seats left

What ALSO pisses me off is that ticket share closes 10 hours before kick off. I’m in a sometimes time sensitive job and I may not know until 2 hours prior to kick off whether I can make it or not. Not good

As far as I am aware don't have to be members but do have to be registered with Spurs and be part of your network.
That's quite an old link and references the now-defunct stadium access cards.

Has anyone successfully done it yet with the City game to see if it still works with Covid?

Well spotted , think these are the up to date links, looks like requirement is still the same about being part of your network etc

I was logged in the other day and it asked me to upload photographic evidence for my membership which I didn't have time to do. However, I now can't find the page where this needs to be done, so if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.

If you log into your eticketing account top right there is a head/shoulders icon click on that which should then open a side window with your name and CRN , scroll down and click on account menu then account management , there you should find identity verification.

Hi all.

After some help/advice for Sunday...

I've been fully vaccinated and have the NHS app but everytime I try to download the proof it says it is only valid for 48 hours and not the 30 days I've read.

I've only just completed the extra ID checks and stuff on there, should this resolve the issue?

Sorry, just a bit confused by it all!

Thanks in advance!

You’ll note that you can keep downloading it and every time you do, the expiry will be 48 hours from the current time. Mine was doing it too when I first did it (I’ve only just had my second jab but I’ve had Covid, logged it, isolated for two weeks so that’s what I did it off the back of). It sorts itself out and I reckon sometime tomorrow itk download your a longer lasting pass. My current pass goes till the end of September.
