Dembele wants talks with Poch

I'm not sure if thats meant to be funny lol.

He was never really in direct competition but we only have so many midfielders, Alli has come in and it seems Paulinho, Capoue, Holtby and Stambouli could go. Also I don't think Bentaleb has signed a new contract yet. If he's having showdown talks then this strengthens his hand. I'd love to see him get more games, in fact I think he's the only one who can play the Eriksen role if he's not available. Got the ability just needs to show it. On a serious point Poch surely wouldn't have let so many midfielders go if was planning on not using Dembele.

Yeah I see the point you were making.
Its just that if your being held out from a starting 11 by those two then you might want to start looking for another job lol.

No question he has the ability to glide past challenges, has a rocket shot at goal, strong on the ball. But he needs a mental attitude wake up call. Perhaps he has realised this and is now asking for a chat with Poch. Perhaps a change of position..

Always seemed a bit too laid back in games, and that needs to change fast.

Remember when Dembele and Sandro were the most talked about pairing in the Prem ? I think if Dembele is given a fair run of games he could reform that partnership with Bentaleb and provide Nabil with the experienced partner he needs, because lets face it we're not getting MS are we? I don't rate Mason particularly highly and I'd like to seem dropped to the EL and cups until he develops a bit more, if he can.

If Dembele got back the attitude he had when he was with Sandro then we will have an awesome player again. But he needs a Sandro type player.

I like Mason, buy only because he tries to move the ball forward.

I like Mason because he's a good amd improving player. he's gaining confidence and had a great debut season.
