Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte has been nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Month award for February despite overseeing only one game, a 4-1 defeat by Leicester City.

Wow, how bad must the rest of them have been. :)

This is a joke? Has to be.
What’s the problem? We’ve won four of the last five PL matches which is better than any other team.
He was still our manager during this period, even if only able to make decisions and plan training sessions from afar due to forced recuperation.

That's like Kane getting injured, Son replacing him and scoring 12 goals, and Kane picks up the award for player of the month. We don't know how much influence Conte had. Of course Stellini will say it was a 'team effort', Conte is his friend, he doesn't want to be disrespectful. What I would say is we play better and win more with Stellini on the touchline!

No it’s not, your analogy is a mile out... Also suggesting Stellini is a liar with absolutely no evidence is kinda disrespectful.
The "we play better and win more with Stellini on the touch line" is a tongue in cheek comparison at best, as you can’t seriously compare his few games on the touch line to what Conte has achieved over the last year or so.
