First thing is that all those friends and colleagues of yours who look like they're coping without any issues almost certainly aren't . They'll be shutting it as much as everyone else, I've nevertheless anyone who was good at their job who didn't also worry about their ability. It's logical really, if you care about it enough to be good at it then you're going to care enough to get stressed by it. If you don't give a crap about it then you can probably sail through life not getting too stressed by ultimately not doing anything rewarding for 9 hours a day.

I don't really have any advice other than to say I feel overwhelmed, out of my depth, a total fraud who's only seconds away from ring found out, at some point most days. You just have to trust that you're not and that others have asks you to work for them or take more on because you're actually half decent. Get that into your head and its a bit less stressful and the less stressed you are te easier te work is.
