Just seen on sky sports news arsenal linked with ousmane dembele on loan.... That is something we should be all over. The bloke is unreal and give us that unpredictability we need across the front. Surely we would be a better option. champions league, pics of him in spurs shirts before??

Would take him over martial, pulisic any day

Zero chance he will ever join us. In 2015, when he was playing for Ligue 1 Rennes, Spurs had chance to sign for 1m. We initially agreed but then backtracked and asked Dembele to travel to London at his own expense for a one-week trial, and suggested he would train with the U18 (not even U21s)...

Forget it. If anything, he could spite us and go join Arsenal

Some noses would be put out of joint if such a loan happened particularly Aubameyang (sp?) who has had problems at his previous club when things didn't go as he liked.

I wouldn't take him over Pulisic.. he has a reputation for fighting with teammates.. wouldn't even say goodbye to players at Dortmund..talented but an absolute c*nts... two players who are a level above is Bailey & Pulisic..they will be elite players..they have what Ronaldo, Bale & others of that calibre have a willingness to work to improve... I'd cream myself if we could get Pulisic.. love him..a real footballer

With Fulham promoting, Sess is unlikely to leave I think. Cannot see Bale happening either realistically. Martial would be great, but afraid Utd won’t sell to us ultimately. Of the 4 attackers we’ve had ITK on recently, Pulisic has the biggest chance to come off imo.

Martial’s more unrealistic than anyone. We are insane and chasing squirrel’s if continue to pursue him. Who cares what united’s telling us. They’re saying that to get Toby. When it comes down to it, they will not sell to a league rival. We, however, would 100% sell to a league rival. We’ve proven that time and again.

Where would you have offloaded Walker? Poch didn't want him here anymore and I don't remember the phones ringing off the hook from the continent

He's capable of playing across the front three. He is right footed and against us in the CL he played on the left. He does tend to play on the right for BVB, i think he only started 8 games on the left. But i reckon if we got him he would play on the left for us, thats just a hunch tho.
It is a little tricky, as he and Moura have similar skill sets (Pulisic being a little more of a playmaker) and both play of the right which does make me think we may not move for him although im sure we are interested. If we are going to sell Lamela or demote him further i would assume it would be for a player such as Malcom rather then Pulisic or Zaha.
I am
Hearing He, Lamela and Moura all are similar so why would we invest here for big money when clearly there are other positions where we are short! Surly we concentrate on those areas first and if there is money spend money on luxury players.

I agree, as soon as Arsenal sold Sanchez to United it was admitting defeat knowing they weren’t rivals. If we start selling to rivals that is a step back. I don’t think Man U want martial but he will get good offers abroad and Utd will take it.

I feel we need good options from the bench as well first team players. A player I wouldn't object too is X Shaquiri, lovely left foot a match winning player who's played at the highest level would fit in nicely imo

Yet you want us to go all out for Bale.

Maybe he feels that Martial is less realistic than Bale because, apparently, United are unwilling to sell to us no matter what, whereas it appears, in Bale's case it seems more about convincing the player rather than the club that owns him?

After Bale’s comments yesterday, i think its probable he comes back if we want him. That was a come and get me plea.

A come and get me plea to every other club in Europe, not just to us.
There simply are not many teams in Europe that can afford him, want him, and Bale wants to play for.

But, from a club perspective the last thing you want to do is make decisions based on emotions. A move like this has to be evaluated harshly - does it make sense financially, does it make sense on the football pitch, there is no room for sentiment at this level.
