If you load the sopcast link in Sopcast (channel 22508), then go to VLC, File > Open Network Stream and in the http box put in http://127.0.0.1:8902/

use the regular listings site that can be easily found on Google, find the soppy link, use the instructions me n Zuben have been spamming...
