So...Pellegrini didn't realise that just one more goal would have led to City topping the group. And nor did anybody else at city, it appears. Oh dear!

Currently watching the continuation of Galatasaray v Juve. It's an utter joke, the pitch is ridiculous. It's like playing in Hackney Marshes!

I'm really pissed off with the decision to go ahead. They've carried on from the 32 minute mark in the first half with the teams attacking the same sides. Conveniently enough the side that Galatasaray are playing in the 2nd half doesn't appear to be anywhere near as bad as the side Juve are attacking in. The latter side was cleared by a tractor which has completely torn up the turf. Ridiculous decision to continue this game.

The conditions are awful but Juve have played to not lose.

The conditions are awful but not as bad as the Benfica - Olympiacos game. That was more like water polo than football.

Fuming with that, it really has fucked me off. Uefa are pricks, shouldn't have let that go ahead. The way that pitch was sorted was a complete fix. The whole 2nd half their side was fine whilst our was ruined by a tractor and unplayable. Wankers.

Didn't want Juve in the EL, specially with the fial in Turin.

I'd welcome it, the players would definitely be up for it, they struggle to motivate themselves in this competition.

If Juve had gone through they'd also have gone above us in the coefficient rankings. Bonus for us if we get Champions League next season.

Don't think that's right. Everywhere I've seen has said if Dortmund win at all, then Napoli have to win by 3-0. Only slightly more likely though, and I admit I haven't worked it out.

What's Alan Smith been smoking? 'Benitez tends to play 4 at the back, no reason he should change it now' ...

Numb nuts, 99.9% of teams in World football play 4 at the back, muppet.

Well if napoli win by 3 they'd have even GD, does then goals for rule then apply?

I noticed a new Woolwich game ploy over the last few weeks - a nifty little nudge of the opponent
to put him off before contact with the ball is made. Been quite noticeable recently.
