Apparently no trains on Boxing Day.For a stadium designed for mainly public transport acess this is going to make getting to and from the ground impossible . Is this a runour or fact ?

I’ve no idea why we still play games on Boxing Day - it’s a tradition harking back to when most of the fans were fairly local and men basically met up to have a beer and watch the match (and get away from the family). Times have changed and it makes no sense especially with no overground trains running

I disagree - I love boxing day games personally. After a day of arguing, eating, fighting and drinking - nothing brings a family closer after that than the football plonked in front of the tv (although not gonna lie I dont really like going to the game on boxing day - transport is havoc)

So n o trains and the council wont take off parking restrictions. Shows you how much the council values all the regeneration Spurs are doing in the area.

I haven't been to a boxing day game for years, decades, it used to be a perfect afternoon to blow away the cobwebs, walk to the ground and home in time for tea and a party but now I'd be out all day, it buggers up Christmas. It's going to be a fecking nightmare this year.

Well I think it’s great that so many of our values public transport workers will get to spend some quality time with their families…

…is not a sentence I’ll be using this Christmas.

Hasn’t been trains over Christmas for quite a few years now. I can remember going to Ipswich for a Boxing Day game in the late 60’s, those were the days?.
My Seat will be empty unless they open ticket exchange and someone buys it??‍♀️, no doubt so will many others
