I don't just think it was a question of cache SS. It would not have escaped the boards attention that Jol had an inibility to manage ego's and seemed to feel threatened by players with talent and opinions. Kanoute, Davids even Berbatov had reported "clashes" with Jol. Then there was the way he seemed to be scared to drop or sub others because they were crowd pleasers.

Ramos has demonstrated already that he fears no-one's ego. Anyone can be dropped or subbed if he deems it necessary for the team.

I think it would be better for all if the mods would cut this crap out. I don't post a great deal on here but often come on to see what's going on etc. I've come on today to find the garbage meter has been raised 5 fold.
