That was fairly uninspiring.
My thoughts:
Parker slows down the play too much
Dembele (who I think is great) looks very off the boil
Lennon looks disinterested
Sig can't get into the game
Chadli appears to like cutting back on himself
Rose is susceptible to dropping into a line all of his own 10 yards behind the rest of the back four
Kane looks like he's treating this as an audition so fair play to the lad
Lloris o_O
I thought dembele looked the one closest to creating something

Have we only got one game left after this?

How many of our starting eleven against Palace have played even 90 minutes this summer?

True. I bet Levy must feel so proud of himself when he calculates how much his approach has cost him and the club, both in terms of success and cash. I think over the last two seasons he's Levy'd himself.

4th, 5th, 4th, 5th. 70, 62, 69, 72. The smallest spenders of the other five competing for top four spent £120m more than us on players in that period. The biggest half a billion more, the average around £200m more.

His touch is slightly off IMO which means he's getting closed down too quickly. Just the way I see it mind. I'll blame Parker though for not moving to give him an option and taking twice as many touches as is needed before dropping it off to Dembele

What an odd pre season. Are Kaboul and sandro training?

Sandro is but Kaboul hasn't been seen in training for a while going by the training pics and vids. Last time I saw him was receiving treatment in Hong Kong. Last training pic was at the very start.

It is also the wide men not being in space or running into space to let Dembele play the ball also.

According to LLM, Paulinho, Holtby and Falque just started training this week and this makes sense as the three finished last season at the beginning of July but we have seen Falque make some Cameos early on

True but at least he 's driving forward, the 'creative' 3 in front are pretty anonymous imo

Am I the only one pleased with the first 45 mins of Chadli's Spurs career? Looked very tidy and rarely lost the ball. Our ball retention should be ridiculous next year.
