Dele and Son will outscore him. Kane will score double the amount

He's a talent but there's question marks over him

Good signing regardless of how you look at it. Shows that we are still some way behind arsenal in terms of buying power and financial clout. C'est la vie.
All of sudden we seem to be overtaken by a few teams

Hopefully we give the academy players more of a chance since they raised us more profit than our signings since the Bale window

I know Levy wouldn't, but I rather Onomah/Edwards be given game time than Sissoko

I don't get what your saying. We need to improve so both don't catch us right? We can't sit still.
Obviously but I'm not worried about Arsenal's signing of a striker like it's going to solve their actual issues in midfield. We can afford to be more careful and not throw money around on everything

That's true. But we really do have to buy more quality. Not 50 mill quality but strength in depth. Maybe we will be lucky that Arsenal never buy in the right positions!

Plz expand on that.

I think he'll score around 15/16 goals next season. I fancy Son and Alli to score more. Injury aside, Kane will double that, he's the best striker in the league afterall.

French top flight is top heavy and he's never done it elsewhere, including the international arena, where he is barely picked.

It's not sitting still. It's a group of young players that are developing as a team.

If we end up with exactly the same squad it will still be much stronger than at the start of last season.

No, it won't. Players need pushing. Our bench is poor. If we don't buy a single player we will not be anywhere close to last season . Stop kidding yourself

So you don't think it's useful for players to develop together?

I'm a sucker for shiny new signings as much as anyone. Just saying that I'd also be happy with the squad staying as it is.

happy with sissoko on the bench? We desperately need a RW badly. No lamela atm? Dont trust sissoko there? There is always room to improve. I hope we are secretly getting someone but it seems doubtful. No doubt Lacazette is a good signing for them, if they keep sanchez and ozil, i will worry. Their defence needs tweaking though.

The Mirror saying Sanchez wants £400k a week!

Must be a ploy to force Arsenal to accept a lower fee to let him go. They are going to pay him that.

French guy I guy work with who weirdly has a season ticket at psg and Arsenal, tells me lacazette is not all that rated in France and if they are trading him for Sanchez it's a giant downgrade. he's actually pissed off they've signed lacazette!

People said this last year and we finished higher in the league than we did the season before.
