Must admit, it's not looking great and the usual signs are creeping in as we approach the last 48 hours of the window. Starting to feel like it's going to be a scramble and the chance we do nothing in terms of incomings is a real possibility imo. A deal like this collapsing kind of ramps up the pressure. We've sold Kane and his replacement in Richarlison is really struggling.

True. Transfers are hard, but our insistence on leaving so much business until the end of the window leaves us short every year. Between the sales that haven’t happened and the holes in the squad we are not able to back our managers.
