Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva has become the club's latest in a long line of players to be burgled while on the pitch.


Raiders struck at the Brazil international's home in Woolton while he was playing at Anfield against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

The 21-year-old returned home to find raiders had stolen an Olympic bronze medal he won in the summer as well as a collection of Brazil and Liverpool shirts.

The raid follows burglaries in the last 18 months at the homes of England dynamo Steven Gerrard, Dutch forward Dirk Kuyt, goalkeeper Pepe Reina, defender Daniel Agger and former players Peter Crouch and Jerzy Dudek.

Maybe thats why Keano keeps leaving the pitch early - Going home hoping to catch the buggers spinning his drum!

maybe but its pretty easy to find out where players live i know some guys who did a conservatory for a place Thierry Henry had near where i live they were only to happy to tell me where it was and its contents.
Also knew Dennis Bergkamp's address as he had a mortgage with my former employers and hundreds of less important charlton players aswell.

oh and roman abromovich has a pad in sevenoaks but its a private estate so that one would be far too hard :rofl:

My Sister works for an estate agency, does a lot of lettings, Ginola was living in one of their places, the club paid them the rent. Pleaty owns quite a quite a few flats and properties that they manage for him.
