I've only seen a couple of games, but he did not shine in either. Not that it's his fault, they are certainly not playing to his strengths.

He is playing as a right winger and looks pretty ineffective, he is being asked to beat his man and get crosses in or get involved in the build up. As someone else said Dembélé looks far more like a Barca player in this role.

In Contes system I cannot see how he improves us. I'm not convinced he could actually play the wb role effectively.

I would prefer a player with more guile. If you are playing teams that leave space in behind he is deadly. But very few teams do that to Barca, and I can't imagine that many would do it to spurs after recent performances.

Still a useful player at 10-15m, but would he be willing to become a rwb or even be able to do the job well enough.

I was thinking about him today, with Boro bumping up the Spence price we may be thinking about revisting converting him into a RWB.

Another option in the forward positions as well.
