This has to be no chance in the last week of the window, unless we bid a massive amount.
Wasn't there ITK that said to ignore a lot of what's out there as it's spin?

It is pretty much over anyway imoJust not sure we really need him you know.
If Wolves want us to pay 40 million cash and a decent amount upfront, not sure it's worth it.
He would be an upgrade on Moura on the right, but one of Moura's biggest attributes is his dribbling. Ok it's not as effective as Traore, nor is he as strong or fast, but both of them lack severely in end product.
Is it really worth spending 40+ million on a winger who marginally improves but shares the same strengths, but also many of the same weakenesses.
I think you might be right. That £7m from Sissoko will go nicely towards Adama ?
Once Mendes has sorted out Ronaldo, I can see this deal moving forwards again.
JPB then replied to a tweet with these quotes saying Wolves no longer want to do the deal.Tottenham had agreed deal to buy 'incredible' player this week but walked away at the last minute - journalist
Jack Pitt-Brooke says that Tottenham Hotspur did have a deal agreed for Adama Traore earlier this week, but they walked away from the transfer.tbrfootball.com
True. But easier said than done. Especially so late in the window. They need plenty of time to find replacement(s), and the clock is running down, fast. Really have no idea how this gets done or why Wolves would be open to it at this juncture. As Herc seemed to imply... it's complicated. Which as we all know in Spurs parlance, means there's about a 25% chance it will happen. If he is Nuno's number 1 target. It is a must we sign him...

They reportedly working on bringing in Goncalo Guedes as a replacement. As you’ve highlighted, I’d imagine us signing Adama is contingent on them getting Guedes in.True. But easier said than done. I wonder if they are open to the possibility of taking someone like Sess on loan for the season as a part of the deal? I know the two don't compare, but perhaps it softens the blow a bit.
Shit, I'm just talking out my bum.
I'd love to see this happen. But if not possible before the end next week, perhaps we can revisit in January.

That's true but that's kind of like saying that Sugar was right in not wanting to sign any more foreign players after the ill fated Popescu/Dumitrescu signings.Wasnt Tanguy was Poch’s 1 target in Summer 2019?
